Who we are
This site is run by Trailhead Dev LLC ("Trailhead Devs", "we", "us"), a business automation agency based in St. Louis, Missouri. This policy explains what information we collect through trailheaddevs.com and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you fill out the contact form, take the automation scorecard, or book a call, we collect what you enter. That usually means your name, email address, company, and anything you write in a message. The scorecard also saves your answers and your score so we can send your results and talk about them with you.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records basic visit information: the pages you view, the site that sent you here, your browser and device type, and a general location based on your IP address.
We also use a service that can identify the business a visit comes from, based on network information. This helps us understand which kinds of companies are interested in our work. If you later give us your email through a form, your earlier visits to the site may be connected to that contact record.
Tools we use
- HubSpot: stores form submissions and contact records, and sets cookies that record page views.
- Apollo: identifies the business associated with a visit.
- Calendly: handles scheduling on the booking page. Details you enter there go to Calendly and to us.
- Vercel: hosts the site and provides aggregate traffic statistics.
- Google Fonts: supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google when a page loads.
Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.
How we use information
- To reply to inquiries, send scorecard results, and schedule calls.
- To follow up about services you asked about.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To contact businesses that may be a fit for our services.
We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Send the request through the contact form and we will respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep contact records for as long as we have an ongoing business reason to, and delete them on request. Visit data is kept according to each provider's standard retention period.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
