2.5x more ad leads in one month, at 40% lower cost per lead.
This client is a long established American manufacturer of hyperbaric chambers that sells home and clinic chambers nationwide. We took over their Google Ads, launched Meta Ads, rebuilt the website for leads and search, and gave their team a live dashboard that shows every number and every change.
A trusted brand that was not getting the leads it earned.
Home chamber buyers research for weeks before they reach out. The company needed to show up at the moment those buyers searched, make it easy to ask for pricing, and know which ad dollars were actually producing leads for the sales team.
- A respected brand that was not showing up when buyers searched.
- An older website where visitors had to work too hard to ask for pricing.
- Ad spend that was hard to tie back to real leads in the CRM.
- Competitors bidding on the company name in Google search.
One connected system, checked every day.
Search ads built around buyer intent
We split Google Ads into focused campaigns: people searching the brand and its models, and people shopping for a home chamber. Every ad sends visitors to a short pricing and financing form so a sales rep can call them fast.
Daily cleanup of wasted spend
Every day we read the search terms behind each click. Research and price shopping searches that cost money and never turned into a lead were blocked, and that budget moved to the campaigns bringing in buyers.
A faster website that ranks
We rebuilt the website for lead capture and search, added a mobile first pricing page for ads, and redirected old links that were losing traffic to error pages. Organic search now does more of the work ads used to do.
A second lead source on Meta
We launched Facebook and Instagram lead ads built on the reasons buyers choose this brand: made in the USA, FDA cleared, a long warranty and simple monthly financing. The first leads came in on day two.
More leads, lower cost, and a team that can see why.
- Google Ads leads grew from 6 in August to 13 in September to 32 in October.
- Cost per Google Ads lead fell 40% from September to October.
- Total new leads in the CRM rose from about 4 a day in July to 6 a day in the last week of October, hitting the client goal for mid November weeks early.
- Clicks from Google search for the brand name nearly doubled over 90 days.
- A flagship model moved from position 2.6 to 1.5 in Google for its own name.
- Facebook and Instagram ads brought their first leads on day two, at a fraction of the cost of search.
Nothing happens behind a curtain.
The client team signs in to a private Trailheadbiz dashboard that updates every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It shows each goal against its target, leads by week, ad results by campaign, Google rankings, what competitors are doing, and a written log of every change we make, why we made it and what happened next.
When something does not work, the log says so. When a test brought clicks but no leads, we paused it and moved the budget. Every client gets this dashboard.
