Case Study: B2B2C Marketplace and SaaS Platform

130+ locations in 80 cities in about 10 months, with zero paid acquisition.

A flexible workspace marketplace that connects people who need space, the employers who pay for it, and the independent operators who run it, plus a SaaS platform operators use to manage their spaces. We helped build and grow it from the ground up.

The challenge

A marketplace only works when every side shows up.

Bookers will not come without spaces to book, and operators will not list without bookers. The platform needed supply fast, a reason for operators to stay, and a way to be found, all without a paid acquisition budget.

  • Three groups to win at once: the people who book space, the employers who pay for it, and the independent operators who list it.
  • Operators running their spaces on spreadsheets and disconnected tools, losing revenue between them.
  • No budget for paid acquisition, so every new location had to come from smarter outreach and search.
  • A new brand with almost no presence on Google.
What we did

Automation did the work a sales team would have.

A marketplace with three sides

People find and book rooms, desks and day passes. Employers offer flexible workspace as a team benefit. Operators list their spaces for free and get paid at check in.

Automated operator onboarding

Instead of asking busy owners to fill out long forms, new listings are pre filled automatically. The operator reviews, makes final edits and goes live. That is how supply grew to 130+ locations with no ad spend.

A SaaS platform for operators

Operators can run their whole space in one place: member management, payments, embeddable checkout, in app document signing and AI generated reports. It replaces the patchwork of tools that was leaking revenue.

Search pages for every city

Every market gets its own page built for the searches people use to find workspace nearby. Google now shows the platform thousands of times a week to people looking for space.

The results

  • 130+ locations across 80 cities onboarded in about 10 months.
  • More than $250,000 in annualized transaction volume running through the platform.
